Terms of sale

Effective 28 July 2026 Version 1.0 Eggshell Man · eggshellman.com

The short version

Clause 09 is the one to read if something is wrong with your parcel.

01Who you're buying from

These terms cover stickers you order through the Eggshell Man app. The seller is Yoink Stickers, trading as Eggshell Man at eggshellman.com, based in Clark County, Washington, and contactable at [email protected]. Our registered postal address is available on request.

Placing an order means you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

02What you're buying

Custom stickers printed on destructible eggshell vinyl: a thin, brittle face film on permanent adhesive, matte finish, printed from artwork you make in the app.

These are meant to be permanent, and they are meant to break. Eggshell fractures when anyone tries to remove it — that is the product working as designed, not a defect. Removing one properly takes a scraper and solvent. Put them on your own property, or somewhere the owner has given you permission. What you do with them is on you.

03Prices, tax and shipping

All prices are in US dollars. The price shown in the app is an estimate until checkout: our server recalculates it from the size and quantity you chose before you are charged, and that recalculated figure is the price of the contract.

  • Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order.
  • Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
  • A bigger sticker or a longer run never costs less than a smaller one. Below roughly 2 × 2 inches the price stops falling, because a short run costs what it costs to set up.

04How an order is made

You place an order in the app and pay through Stripe's hosted checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we accept it by taking payment and starting production. If we cannot accept an order we will tell you and refund anything taken, in full.

You need an account to order, because a receipt and a parcel have to reach someone. Everything before that point — designing, pricing, saving — works without one.

05Your artwork

Your artwork stays yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you make or upload. You give us only the permission we need to print, reprint, and ship your order, and to store the file while that is possible.

By ordering, you confirm you have the right to print what you sent — that it is yours, or that you have permission from whoever owns it.

What we won't print

We may refuse any job, and we will refund it in full if we do. We will not print:

  • Somebody else's trademark, logo, or copyrighted work without permission.
  • Content that is hateful, harassing, or threatening toward a person or group.
  • Content that is illegal, or that is obviously intended to help someone break the law.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises a child — reported, not just refused.

We are a small shop making a judgement call, not a court. If we decline your job we will say why.

06Production and delivery

Orders ship in about 7 days from payment. We email tracking when the parcel leaves. That is a genuine estimate rather than a guarantee — a press can go down and a courier can be late.

We ship to United States addresses only. Checkout will not accept a shipping address outside the US.

Get your address right at checkout: once a job is in production we cannot change where it goes. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you, and you will need to cover reshipping.

07Cancelling

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your job enters production. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will stop it if it has not started.

Once it is printing, it exists as a physical object with your name on it, and we cannot unmake it.

08Returns

Every order is printed to order, from your artwork, at the size and quantity you chose. That makes it a custom good: we cannot accept a return because you changed your mind, and we cannot resell it to anybody else.

Check the price, the size, and the proof in the app before you pay — that is what they are there for. Nothing here affects any statutory rights you have that cannot be waived.

09If something is wrong with your order

This is the part we do take back. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery if:

  • we printed the wrong artwork, size, quantity, or material;
  • the print is defective — banding, misregistration, a bad cut;
  • the parcel arrived damaged;
  • or the count is short.

We will reprint it or refund it, our choice, and we will not ask you to post the stickers back. A photo settles it faster than a description.

Colour is the one honest caveat: screens are backlit and presses are not, so printed ink can land a shade off what you saw. A small shift is normal and is not a defect.

10What we're responsible for

If we get your order wrong, we fix it — reprint or refund, as clause 09 says. That is the remedy we offer, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, including shipping.

We are not responsible for what happens after the stickers are in your hands: where you put them, what it costs to remove them, or any consequence of putting one somewhere you were not allowed to. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11The app itself

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and prices, sizes, and materials can change. A change never affects an order already accepted.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and both of us agree to that venue. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest keeps working.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top always tells you which version you are reading. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
